Sethlan Foxwood is a witch, energy worker and magical and healing cosmetologist. His entry into the magical realms was through a fascination with the mysteries of his own body. He found that our body will talk to us if only we will make room for its voice and listen. His intimate relationship with the realm of the spirits started at the age of 4 years with visitations from spirits coming through his wardrobe in his great aunt's house in South Carolina on the site of an old plantation.
This experience which launched the beginning of many visitations from various kinds of "invisible"' sharing information, guidance and other experiences throughout his life. His path into the sacred and magical uses of cosmetology began at the age of 16 years, but his skills were manifest much earlier.
In his neighborhood and family, his cosmetic skills were so natural, effective and artistic that people started paying him to design and style their hair at the age of 11 years. His work with "the voice of the body" inspired his continuous search for its wisdom, voice and desires which, in turn, led him to yoga forms, tantra, dance and the use of stretching practices to open out the silenced voices in the muscles so that it can reveal the pain and the path to healing.
He is a gifted intuitive, dream worker, cosmologist, energy worker and guide on the wisdom and beauty of the physical body. As a part of his commitment to reveal and venerate the divine within the human body, he reads the scalp and hair of his clients to support his concept of cosmology as a means to the give presence to the beauty and unique divine expression in everyone. He has gained much love and respect by his clients for his ability to draw out their beauty and inspire self-love through what he calleds "cosmetic conjuration". Thus, his voice and his sacred use of cosmetics to heal life-wounds that can cause us to forget that we are all sacred expressions of the divine is a unique offering to all forms of sacred magic.
Additionally he has studied various forms of martial arts and contortionist forms and disciplines, He has been a devotee of the Goddess Hecate since he was 16, and her presence and revealed guidance as been a major force in his growth as a witch. Often, throughout his life, he was given guidance and information on magical practices only to find later that they were (in detail) parts of traditions such as the Craft.
In addition to Traditional Witchcraft, he is a student and practitioner of some forms of American Southern Conjure and Root-Work; and the Faery Seership practices of noted author, Orion Foxwood.
